• If you are allergic to the medicine or the active ingredient Isotretinoin or medicines containing vitamin A.
• If you have high levels of lipids (cholesterol) and vitamin A in the blood.
• If you are a pregnant or breastfeeding woman.
• If you are taking tetracyclines (a type of antibiotic).
• If you are suffering from liver disease.
